The free check

The free AI visibility check is a short report on how AI assistants answer questions about businesses like yours in your town. It costs nothing, and asking for one doesn't commit you to anything.

What the results mean

• Checks ask each assistant through its official API, set to your location. API answers can differ from the apps on your phone, so results are labelled as API simulations.
• AI assistants change their answers over time and between runs. Results show what was seen when the check ran.
• Nobody controls what these assistants say. Results vary between runs. No placement is guaranteed.
• WayNamed isn't affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Perplexity. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity are their owners' trademarks.

Paid services

Paid work (setup and monthly service) is agreed with each client before it starts, including the price. Cancelling and refunds are covered in the refund and cancellation policy.

The work follows the rules of the platforms involved. Reviews are never written, bought or filtered, and customers are never offered anything in return for a review.

Client results page

• Your login is for you and your business. Keep your password private and don't share your account.
• Say straight away if you think someone else has used your login, so it can be locked and reset.
• Access can be suspended if an account is misused or the service ends.

Using the site fairly

Please don't:

• try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or get around the sign-in or security;
• probe, scan or test the site for weaknesses, or overload it, without written permission;
• copy the site with automated tools, or send spam through the contact form;
• use the site to break the law.

Content

The website, reports and their design belong to WayNamed. Clients can use the reports made for their own business however they like within that business.

Limits

The site and the free check are provided as they are, without promises beyond those in these terms. As far as the law allows, WayNamedisn't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and its total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
