Refunds and cancellation

The free check

The free AI visibility check costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund or cancel.

Setup fee

• The setup fee covers the first audit and fixing the gaps it finds.
• If you cancel before any work has started, the setup fee is refunded in full.
• Once work has started, the setup fee isn't refundable.

Monthly service

• You can cancel at any time. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
• The service carries on until the end of the month you've already paid for, then stops. You won't be charged again.
• Months already paid for aren't refunded, in full or in part.

Mistakes

If you're charged by mistake, for example twice for the same month, the extra charge is refunded in full.

How to cancel

To cancel or ask about a refund, email grahamsandel@gmail.com. You'll get a reply confirming when the service ends. Refunds go back the way you paid.

After you cancel

Your client login stays open until the paid month ends. Ask before then if you'd like a copy of your latest results. After that, your information is handled as the privacy policy describes.

Your rights

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the law, including South Carolina consumer law.
